AdonisIQ ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted health and physique coaching app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using AdonisIQ you agree to this policy.
All of the above is linked to your account identity. We do not use any of it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
If you grant permission, we read your step count and resting heart rate from Apple Health solely to display and track your daily activity and to calculate your recovery and readiness scores within the app. Your resting heart rate is read only to power these recovery signals. This data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties for their own use. You can revoke access anytime in the iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Progress photos are optional. If you add them, they are stored securely with your account so you can view your visual timeline. On premium plans, a photo may be processed by our AI provider to generate a private coaching note. Photos are never used for advertising, never used to train third-party public models, and are permanently removed when you delete the photo or your account.
To generate explanations, summaries, and coaching, relevant context from your entries — which may include your check-ins, nutrition, training, progress photos, imported images, and coach messages — may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual confidentiality. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party public models.
We use a privacy-focused analytics provider to measure product usage (such as screens viewed and features used) and a device identifier. This is first-party analytics used only to operate and improve AdonisIQ; it is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites and is not shared for advertising.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, and subscription management) under agreements that require them to protect it, and when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile > Delete account in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
AdonisIQ is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
